- Contiguous 48 United States: Standard home delivery available, eligible for free shipping promotions.
- Alaska & Hawaii: Free shipping excluded; shipping cost calculated by package weight with a maximum shipping fee up to $150.
- International Delivery: No direct international shipping offered via official website. Certain items face seasonal shipping restrictions.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Threshold
- Flat standard shipping rate: $9.99 per order.
- Free standard shipping to contiguous US for orders subtotaling $75 or more.
- Subscription orders enjoy 15% off on first monthly purchase but do not qualify for free shipping unless meeting the $75 minimum spend.
Processing & Delivery Time
- Order processing takes 2–3 business days before dispatch; processing delays may occur during peak sale seasons.
- After shipment: 5–7 business days for regular contiguous US locations; 7–10 business days for remote areas.
- Tracking number is sent via email once dispatched, trackable after 24 hours.
Seasonal Product Restriction
Body Butter and Lotion Bar cannot be shipped in hot summer months due to high temperature risk of melting and damage; all other soap & cleaning goods ship year-round normally.
Shipping Damage & Claim Terms
- Damaged/missing items: File a support request within 30 days upon delivery with photos of outer packaging and defective goods for replacement or relevant solution. Shipping fees are non-refundable once charged.
- Returns or refunds are not allowed solely due to personal dislike of product scents.
- Lost parcels caused by incorrect customer shipping address input are not eligible for reshipment or refund; stolen packages marked delivered are not covered for compensation.
